Price reduction on John & Cindy McCain’s old Phoenix house
By: Diane Tuman, Zillow Content Manager | February 9, 2009
According to Phoenix New Times’ Valley Fever, John and Cindy McCain’s Phoenix home is now for sale for $10 million, a reduction of $2 million. The McCain property was supposed to be auctioned off on Oct. 25, but only five registered bidders showed up and none offered more than $7 million. The McCains no longer live there; they sold the house to a real estate investor in 2006 for $3.2 million.
Other homes of political interest:
Barack Obama’s house
Joe Biden’s house
Sarah Palin’s house
All of McCain’s homes
The White House (yeah, the real one)

Over a 100% price increase wasn’t enough for this “real estate investor”?
No sympathy here.
