Agent Hub Comes to Zillow
In my recent past life as a real estate broker, time always seemed to be the one resource there was never enough of. As many of you know, when you are a real estate agent or manage others in an office, as much as you want to plan your day, opportunities (and roadblocks) can develop within seconds, so having the manageable tasks down to a science are key.
That’s why it gives me great pleasure to announce that today, Zillow released Agent Hub for real estate agents. I’ve only been here a few weeks and had no visibility into the process of launching it, but to me, whether you are a Zillow Premier Agent or simply have your free profile and listings on Zillow — this will help with the time crunch we all face. And who doesn’t need a little time management help?
As you may know, Zillow has recently built out its own customer relationship management platform, and it lives right in the Agent Hub. In one quick look, agents can see what new contacts have come to them along with important related information. For those of you that already work with Zillow, you probably have a good idea of just how vital this is. And if you are simply curious why this might be so important, check this out.
There’s a lot more to Agent Hub, including the ability for agents to look at helpful metrics around views of their own profile and current listings. Remember, you’ve got to measure and evaluate your marketing data, and Agent Hub provides a handy place to do just that.
