Zillow and Yahoo Renew Advertising Partnership, Powering Largest Real Estate Network on the Web



Today, we’re announcing the renewal of our exclusive advertising agreement with Yahoo Homes, which creates the Yahoo-Zillow Real Estate Network, the largest real estate network on the Web and the No. 1 Real Estate brand in all of the top 20 local markets in the United States. The Yahoo-Zillow Real Estate Network gives real estate agents and brokers the ability to magnify exposure for their listings and brand across Zillow and Yahoo Homes, and easily buy local advertisements through one source.

With this agreement, Zillow remains the provider of listings of homes for sale on Yahoo Homes. No other real estate network gives home sellers and agents the marketing reach of Zillow. With this partnership, agents, brokers and their home sellers who display their properties on Zillow automatically have their listings appear on Zillow and Yahoo Homes. Additionally, Zillow powers real estate search for AOL Real Estate and HGTV’s Front Door.

We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Yahoo Homes, which has added tremendous value to agents and brokerages who work with Zillow.
