Shad Gregory Moss, better known by his stage name Bow Wow (formerly Lil’ Bow Wow), recently sold his Duluth, GA home for $850,000. The lucky buyer? Atlanta Braves pitcher Kenshin Kawakami.
The property is located at 2315 Sugarloaf Club Drive, Duluth, GA and is pimped out with a home theater system, swimming pool, new kitchen, and $350,00 in unnamed upgrades. The 22 year old rapper, actor, and music producer purchased the home in March 2006 for $950,000. One year later, he attempted to make a quick profit by listing the home for sale at $1.5 million, according to Big Time Listings.
Bow Wow was born in Columbus, Ohio, and began his music career at the young age of 13.

Bow Wow took a loss on his home? Even with thousands in upgrades? How sad.
I wonder where he’s moving to.
