Remaining Madoff Homes Get Price Cuts
By: Diane Tuman, Zillow Content Manager | November 12, 2009
Bernie Madoff’s Montauk home flew off the market quickly — above asking price — but the remaining two Madoff homes have sat for more than 60 days, leading the U.S. Marshals in charge of the sales to reduce the prices on the Madoff homes.
Here’s a look at Bernie’s remaining homes:
Madoff’s Palm Beach Home:
410 N Lake Way, Palm Beach FL 33480
For sale: $8.5 million Reduced to $7.9 million (Corcoran Group)
Madoff’s Manhattan Penthouse:
133 E 64th St, New York, NY 10065
For sale: $9.9 million Reduced to $8.9 million (Sotheby’s International)

It’s pretty sick how much money old bernie managed to squeeze out from his clients. Must be hard for him to adjust to jail after having these houses :=)
