What do actresses Candice Bergen (top photo) and Cameron Diaz have in common? Well, besides acting, they now have a house in common.
Your Mama over at Real Estalker reveals that the Beverly Hills home Candice owned was just sold to Cameron.
The asking price for the home was $10,250,000 and celebrityaddressaerial.com reports it was “…sold on June 2, 2010 for $9,447,500 to Cameron Diaz” and it also includes this property, which is used basically as a guest house.
According to Zillow’s price history chart, Bergen bought the home in May 1996 for $3.1 million. The main property is on a little over an acre and has 3,606 sq ft with four bedrooms and four baths. The guest home has almost an acre and contains three beds and two baths.

Not bad! Seems like you could get a whole lot more for 9.4 million, though.

The moving company I work for just moved someone into a $13.5 million home that was on less than an acre. While the home was nice, I thought it was kind of small for the price, but to each his own. This home is nice, sold for less than the Miami move we just did and looks a lot larger.

That’s a very lovely home. It has a nice, cabin appeal to it. I hope Cameron will be very happy there.
