New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen just finished their enormous custom home in Los Angeles and are building another custom manse near Boston. But they were missing a place in another global city: New York.
The couple remedied the problem by putting an offer on a $14 million, full-floor condominium, reports the New York Post. The place offers 3 bedrooms and “breathtaking” views on all sides of the home.
Each of the bedrooms is en-suite, and the bath adjoining the master suite is especially luxe, with a large soaking tub, separate shower and double vanities. Measuring 3,310 square feet, the apartment also features a “chef’s” kitchen and herringbone-patterned oak floors.
According to the Post, when the apartment building first hit the market in 2007, it had some financial woes, combating a suddenly downward-trending market. After a number of foreclosures, the building was purchased by Related Companies. Since then, the units have attracted numerous high-end shoppers, including designer Vera Wang and actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
