Rob Dyrdek Wheels Out of His ‘Ridiculousness’ Hollywood Hills House

This Hollywood Hills home is just rolling in streamlined, modernistic amenities — which makes sense, considering it’s the crib of pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdek.

Dyrdek doesn’t need the Los Angeles-area home anymore, since according to Curbed he has traded it for a more streamlined contemporary not too far away.

Listed for $2.499 million, which is just $40,000 more than Dyrdek paid in 2008, the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house at 2431 Apollo Dr., Los Angeles CA 90046, is an expansive 4,700 square feet and features a two-story entry, 20-foot ceilings and voluminous rooms that can accommodate all kinds of shenanigans, including a few four-wheel tricks.

You don’t need to know anything about professional skateboarding to appreciate the star quality of Dyrdek, the reality TV star whose Energizer Bunny antics are made-for-TV programming thanks to Dyrdek’s ample sense of humor.

He’s so entertaining, it’s the epitome of “Ridiculousness,” which happens to be the name of his new show on MTV.

This past weekend, Dyrdek was in Arizona playing host to the professional skateboard tour Street League’s pitstop in Glendale. The 38-year-old entrepreneur was also recently in Vegas, where he undertook a belated birthday romp through some of the Strip’s most luxurious restaurants and clubs.

While Dyrdek is out and about having fun and promoting his sport and his charity foundation, the home is also tricked-out with huge walk-in closets, a monster master bath with separate shower and tub areas and a flow that leaves little delineation between what happens inside and out, including the resort-like deck and pool area.
