It’s not in Vegas, and as far as we can tell, the house doesn’t have Mike Tyson’s tiger in the bathroom. Rather, the home is remarkably traditional. Owned by “The Hangover” producer Bill Fay, the Beverly Hills-area residence was recently listed for $2.899 million.

According to property records, Fay and his wife, Jody Fay, bought the home at 9676 Wendover Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 in 2002 for $1.65 million. In addition to “The Hangover,” Fay has produced a string of box-office hits including “Independence Day,” “The Patriot” and “300.”

His home is located in the exclusive enclave of Beverly Hills Crest. Built in 1974, the home has been updated to incorporate “outdoor living,” with living spaces opening out to a “tropical oasis” with a private terrace, pool, spa and lush landscaping.

Measuring 4,480 square feet, the home includes 5 bedrooms, a maid or guest quarters and den. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets and a steam shower.

The listing is held by David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland.
