I don’t know, the one in AZ looks suspicious. We’ve had this happen with REO’s all the time in our board. We recycle MLS numbers and sometimes the photos stick and don’t match with the price/description.

People are looking for deals right now. Price is playing the biggest factor for everyone.

I would have to say it is the price. Don’t see any pictures that catch my eye.

The one in AZ is cheap and there isn’t anyone listed under it?
Some of them have great prices with plenty of space and bedrooms. Not sure why the one off Kent RD in OH is a big hit since there is only one picture.

Pictures do a lot in selling and buying properties
but as a real state price is important in dealing with properties, and I make sure that the property’s images are as valuable as its price. Don’t need propaganda for eye-catching site, specially these days…practicality and quality rules.

Here is my take on the El Paso TX Market:
What are home sales doing now? The impact of the Tax credit is supporting home sales for another quarter. Home sales jumped up by 11% over last quarter. Some of this is also driven by sustained low mortgage rates. What does this mean for 2010? Have we seen the bottom? I don’t think we have. In my local market consumer expectations of lower prices next year are driving demand for homes down at this time. If you have a home that you have been trying to sell and it’s price right (holding everything else constant) but hasn’t sold after 6 months this may be why. Until consumer expectations about lower prices changes (which probably won’t happen until another 12-18 months) I’d rent it out.

Pictures are appealing and prices are the factors in making any decision. I should say, a personal feel of the house by visiting it will make a better decision and just not relying completely in the pictures. Price tags should be kept in mind while visiting. I think in this present situation, negotiations can be possible.
