Top Viewed For Sale Postings On Zillow

Silver Spring, MD tops our list this week with a 3-bed, 2-bath home that even includes a slide off the back deck for the little ones. The folks in the DC area must be avid Zillow users - look at the 1-week change below - this home had an additional 527 views the week after it was posted. Amazing.

The second place home is actually in our backyard on Bainbridge Island. If you happened to be a fictional character in Grey’s Anatomy you could commute with McDreamy every morning to work. (For what it’s worth, I think George should come clean with Callie and I can’t believe Izzie waits till until George is married before confessing her true feelings - carpe diem folks!)

Finally, how we could we not talk about a $4.5MM home on Zillow. I could easily see myself coming home to this every night, parking my ‘94 honda accord in the garage, unwinding by the pool then finally playing a game of street hockey (Car!) in the kitchen. Too bad the bank doesn’t have the same view as me.
