Unlucky in Love, ‘Bachelor’ Creator Mike Fleiss Lists Home
Since the beginning of “The Bachelor” franchise, 16 men have popped the question, claiming to have “found love” on the show. But what ABC does not advertise is that only two couples have stayed together long enough to tie the knot. Surprisingly the 13 percent marriage rate does not deter viewers. E! Online reported that 8.6 million people tuned in Sunday night to watch “Bachelorette” Emily Maynard’s final rose ceremony.
So who is mastermind creating these captivating couples?
Look no further than top reality TV producer Mike Fleiss, whose company, Next Entertainment, has made millions thanks to “The Bachelor” and its spinoffs, “The Bachelorette” and “Bachelor Pad.” Personally, however, Fleiss is about as successful in love as the couples on his shows.
In May, Fleiss ended his marriage to high school sweetheart Alexandra Vorbeck, and now his Malibu mansion is on the market for $6.45 million.
The 2,164-square-foot home is listed by Valerie Fitzgerald of The Fitzgerald Group.and sits on a little over an acre. Located at 7163 Birdview Ave,, Malibu CA 90265, the recently remodeled craftsman boasts an ocean view, pool, large lawn as well as 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
