Welcome Homethinking to the API Program

We’re extremely pleased to welcome Homethinking as the latest member of the Zillow API program. Their integration is fairly slick — they’ve used the state mortgage rates available in our GetRateSummary API to build a state rates module (screen shot below) into all the state and county lending information pages within the Mortgage Research section of their site. For instance you can see current California mortgage rates on their California page as well as their Los Angeles County page. Or current New York mortgage rates on their New York page in addition to their Nassau county page.
Welcome to the program, Homethinking!
Don’t forget, if you are interested in adding Zestimates, city and neighborhood data, mortgage rates or calculators, or recent sales data to your Web site, take a look at the data available in the Zillow API.

I recently listed my home on Zillow. I live in one city and it wasn’t until I finished posting the ad that I realized Zillow placed it in a neighboring town with a different zip code but the same street name. Therefore, the map and Zestimate would be incorrect (other info seems to be ok-taxes, sq ft etc). Is there any way to add our street to Zillow?

I apologize, but there is currently no way to add a new street to zillow.
Here is a video that details the topic of a “homes location on Zillow”
