Whitney Houston Home For Sale

Whitney Houston, one of the top female vocalists in recent memory, is selling her quirky circular home, located at 22 N Gate Rd Mendham, NJ 07945. For a celebrity home, the $2.5 million price tag is fairly reasonable.
The geometric home was the set of the reality TV show “Being Bobby Brown” which aired in 2005 and is best remembered for documenting the downfall of Whitney, and her crazy life with her now ex-husband Bobby Brown.
The 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located on 5 acres of land. From the photos, the interiors appear to be quite lovely and full of natural light. One hallway even includes a delicate stained-glass wall.
Houston grew up with gospel royalty - her mother was Cissy Houston and her godmother, the unparalleled Aretha Franklin. Though her career started strong, with appearances as a model and film rolls in addition to her record-breaking recordings, it went downhill following her marriage to Bobby Brown. She divorced him in 2007 and released a new album in August of this year.

I know the guy who built this house. Ron DeCheser. My father. He built it back in 1985-7 for the previous owner. I was in college at the time, and worked with him part-time.

Beautiful house! Take a tour thru it and just scrape the floors for residue, sell it, and you’ll have a down payment!

The house is a beautiful Home’ one to be lived in and enjoy. Having been in it once it is truly a Gem’ i have to say. A good deal for one who gets it.

looks like lots of wasted space. you see the hall ways? looks like grand central. that is all unused space. what the builders son didn’t tell you was that this house sold in the 80’s for $680,000. its a bit crazy to now be worth 2.5m because a famous person lived there. She better have alot of invoices to show upgrades!! This is a buyers market. This is a 1.4m house!!
