Who doesn’t love awards? They’re shiny, big, heavy, and represent of a TON of hard work.
Today Zillow is thrilled to announce that we were the recipient of two Web Marketing Association WebAwards. Outstanding Website (Zillow.com) and Financial Services Standard of Excellence (Zillow Mortgage Marketplace). Now in their 12th year, the WebAwards are an annual website award competition that names the best Web sites in 96 industries.

You purport to be highly accurate in your assessments but your information is woefully out of date. We live at 220 Pershing Ave and you have assessed our home far below our asking price based on very old information. I updated some of it but you have yet to revise it. On the other hand you listed a handyman special going for under $100,000 as being worth $200.000. You are missing houses along Lake Shore Drive. Your graph of price movement for me was different than for a home not far from us. Surely the market affects everyone in the same neighborhood the same way. You post this site without our knowledge or approval. No wonder we are having trouble selling. i am furious.
So much for awards. Nice site but no service to home owners trying to sell.
