Parting with her 20-year home must have been a little bittersweet for “Knot’s Landing” actress Michele Lee. The Hollywood veteran had long made the lovely Mediterranean villa at 830 Birchwood Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90024, her landing pad before selling it for $7 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Los Angeles property was listed for $7.85 million in August, but the listing was removed in mid-December, when it appears Lee and her husband, producer Fred Rappaport, did get their sale.

The home was built in 1929 and has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a staff wing, a gym, screening room, wine-tasting room and an outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens on a double lot that exceeds 1 acre.

Lee, 70, has not starred in any TV series in recent years, but she earned her stripes and her Hollywood Walk of Fame star for her stellar career as an actress/singer in film, television and on Broadway. She is the only cast member of “Knot’s Landing” to have appeared in all 344 episodes.
