Wizard Behind the Curtain

Yesterday, during Rich and Lloyd’s speech at Real Estate Connect, they asked conference attendees to test our new Zillow Mobile feature by e-mailing a search request to z@labs.zillow.com. Arjun Banker, the engineer behind the Zillow Mobile idea, came across one particularly interesting search query during that test, and decided to share with the company:

"Is this automated or are you the hamster in the wheel/"wizard" behind the curtain? :)"

In case you’re wondering, the service is automated and this particular "address" did not result in a successful Zestimate search.

Arjun is certainly no hamster in the wheel, but I would argue that he is the "wizard" behind the curtain!
