Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff appeared on CNBC this morning to talk about the company’s growth since its IPO, including the company’s tip toward mobile; 75 homes are viewed every second on Zillow Mobile, compared with 20 homes viewed every second a year and a half ago. And Zillow’s data shows that someone looking at a listing on Zillow Mobile is three times more likely to contact an advertising agent than someone looking at the same listing on the Web.

Rascoff also discussed what’s fueling the real estate recovery, as well as Zillow’s rental business.
