Zillow has just filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering.  During this “quiet period,” we are now in, SEC rules do not allow me to elaborate beyond the information in the press release below. Zillow Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Seattle, WA, April 18, 2011 – Zillow, Inc., which operates real estate site®, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, and Zillow Mobile, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Citi will act as the sole book-running manager for the offering.  Allen & Company, Needham & Company, LLC, ThinkEquity LLC and First Washington Corporation will act as co-managers. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
