For the second straight year, Zillow is a winner in CNET’s 2009 Webware 100 Awards in the Commerce category. The Webware 100 Awards recognizes the best Web 2.0 sites, services, and applications on the Web. Nearly 630,000 votes were cast during the voting this year to pick the best Web 2.0 sites and services. Our congratulations also goes out to ZipRealty, which also won in the Commerce category.
Winning this award is especially meaningful to the Zillow team becasuse it is bestowed entirely by YOU, the Web community. Thanks to everyone for your votes, support, and engagement on Zillow.

Since I can not delete my information, I have entered all the false information I can …and have tried to get everyone L know to put in all the false information on zillow that they can, maybe they will wake up and let the home owners change info OR delet home information if they want to. Zillow is a very bad site, you can not contact them, they mislead you into entering your home info, never tell you that when you do it belongs to them forever, shame on them!!! spread the word and do not use this site.

Zillow is not accurate, recording two of our three homes at less than 50% of it’s LOWEST MARKET value, IT’S NOT ACCURATE AND FALSE IN IT’S REPORTING..i use to tell everyone about the site, now I tell everyone it’s not accurate or dependable. Shame!

PO and Thomas,
I am sorry to hear that. If either of you would appreciate specific feedback, please comment with the addresses of the homes you’re referring to. For general information about Zestimate accuracy, please see:
