Zillow named to Ad Age’s “Marketing 50″
By: Spencer Rascoff, Zillow COO | November 14, 2006
I’m proud to tell you that Zillow has received one of the most prestigious brand designations that a company can receive: we were named one of AdvertisingAge’s 2006 "Marketing 50", which honors products that "broke through the clutter and delivered real impact". Other award winners include Dunkin’ Donuts, Xbox 360, Gatorade, Fanta, Visa, Comcast, Verizon Wireless, Royal Caribbean and Trader Joe’s, among others. Not bad company for Zillow to be in!
We’re only nine months old now, and the best is yet to come. Almost 27 million different homes have been searched to date on Zillow, an unbelievable statistic (imo). Thanks to you for using Zillow and telling your friends about our website — we’re honored to have come this far this fast. And thanks to AdAge for honoring us with this award– we’re especially thrilled to have been the only online brand chosen.

Congratulations! Quite an honor for any company…especially one that did not exist 10 months ago.

Congrats on the honor! We use your API in our sites and just love the functionality it offers. Our client list of Realtors also love it, so it’s no surprise to us that you were awarded this honor.
