Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff accepts the "Game Changer" award.

Seattle’s Museum of Flight is the place to learn about the history of the air and space program. Thousands go through the doors each year to experience the excitement of an actual Air Force One plane, or the chance to sit in the cockpit of a Blackbird reconnaissance plane. It was at this venue and against this backdrop of innovation that top Realtors® from Seattle/King County and Snohomish County/Camano came together for a night to attend the annual Realtors® Installation and Awards Banquet – and Zillow was there.

Members of the Seattle King County Realtors® — which is one of the original charter boards of the National Association of Realtors® — and members of the Snohomish County/Camano chapter welcomed Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff and me for a night that began with the installation of new officers. An awards ceremony followed, honoring those in the real estate community who have accomplished selfless feats, including helping charities assist families facing foreclosure to an agent based in Bellevue, WA, who encourages and advocates for home ownership in the Hispanic/Latino community.

Zillow was honored with the “Game Changer “award for our impact on the industry.  It was humbling to be among industry peers and to be recognized for our continued efforts to connect buyers and sellers with the important work done by the real estate community, especially such an impressive group of Realtors®.

We are appreciative of the award, hearing positive comments about our work and being part of a special evening.
