End of Class Tests (EOC)

In 2011-2012 North Carolina used End-of-Course (EOC) tests to assess high school students in Algebra I, English I, and Biology. The EOC tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of North Carolina. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level on the tests.

the small classroom size i think allows for a better education for the kids.. teachers seem very nice and want to teach the kids.. so for I am so pleased with this school.

I attended RHS in the 70's and had children that attended RHS in the 80's 90's and currently have one child enrolled there. I also have a child that teaches at RHS. I have seen problems at this school but these were quickly resolved. I talk to parents and students about their schools and check state school ratings. Students(including mine) that graduated from RHS tend to have a much higher level of education than their collegate classmates. In my experienced opinion there is no better public high school in North Carolina...period!

This school has a poor disciplinary system and exhibits extreme negligence and poor judgement in handling miscellaneous situations.
