My child was assaulted in this school & we already told the school Dean & school police officer our child was in danger if our child was not protected. We were going to pull our child out of this school for safety reasons but they reassured us that our child would not be harmed. We asked them if they could guarantee our child's safety while in school they said YES! The next day our child received a concussion from the assault. The school nurse no one in the school notified us or made sure our child got any medical attention instead she gave 2 ibuprofen sent my child back to the school Dean the Dean put my child in a room all alone & my child slept for 2 hours unsupervised. My CHILD notified me AFTER school then we went to the emergency room. Do you care about your child's safety?

Senior Academy just opened this year a new concept for the district preparing seniors for life beyond high school emphasizing critical thinking skills and team building to prepare them for higher learning and/or the workforce of the twenty-first century.

Was excellent preparation for college. There are some school-student communication issues but if you want a school with an excellent technological base and good honors program Brownsburg is an excellent choice.

We have 3 children that have attended Brownsburg 2 have graduated and were totoally prepared for college and are exceling. The teachers and staff are excellent and the administration works for the good of the students. We would not want to be anywhere else.

I am a senior here and it is by far the worst school i have ever attended. If i were to consider brownsburg as a school i wouldnt go there if it was up to me. The staff looks at all the students as if they are just a number they give us no respect or any credit. In my opinion they should fire everybody in this building and hire all new. Once again this is the worst school i have ever attended.

i just moved to this school from fleming island high in florida. I am a freshman. most the teachers are great at this school. yes some classes are hard but thats good for you.the band is awsome and all the students are friendly. there are no popular or nerd groups we all just kind of talk to everyone.overall this is a great school.

BHS - Brownsburg in general - is rapidly growing and the school board has taken big steps this school year. Such as 1. expanding the high school 2.starting the construction of the senior academy 3. building a new elementary school which will open this year. Brownsburg is a great school to send your children to because it has a great cirrcriluram program and the teachers really do have passion in what they do

Not very good school would not recommend it to anyone! They are too crowded and like to think they are the best in the state.

Overall I like my high school environment and placement but the high school is rapidly growing and the school board of trustees are making ill choices for the students now and of future residence to the Brownsburg area. However the learning environment is easy to indulge in and the teachers and other staff are just as you would expect if not better. I rate this school high for its academic qualities.

BHS is a great school to send children too. Although it is rapidly growing academics and extra-curricular activities are very important. They have an extraordinary arts department for Choir and Band. The teachers at BHS are great. Sports is also a big thing so if you like sports its a great place to be. The atmosphere of the school is great and I love going there.

I am a student who attended Brownsburg High School my freshman year. I'd lived in Brownsburg all my life until then. I moved in the middle of that year to Camden High School in SC. I was much surprised to the difference! Brownsburg High is a great school. Perhaps a little crowded but none-the-less a great school and highly updated (maybe growing too fast?). I wish I never went to Camden High in South Carolina. If you are thinking about attending BHS I believe it is a good choice. I believe also that my future plans went down the drain when I moved away. I regret that decision very much now that I'm in my junior year in Camden. At least Brownsburg's prom is in Indianapolis. Camden's prom in here in town at a dinky little place but I'm still going. Arts in BHS are MUCH better as well.

This school is the best in the state. I just wish i could go to school here. You'll never be able to find a better school.

Nice balance of advanced and basic classes. Sports are important but so are academics. Band is very big here too.

You can't find a better school for your child's education! Great staff and leadership!

If you have the choice do not send your children here unless they are very athletic. If you child is not athletic then they will most likely have a very hard time from the students and teachers.
