Their philosophy celebrates the individual and mutual respect. Of course educating the students is very important - and this is reflected in their scores - but good social skills and sense of self is strongly nurtured. In elementary school learning to believe in your ability to perform and that everyone has different strengths and contributions will greatly enhance the students in their educational careers and lives.
