This is such an amazing school. The class sizes at LHK are small enough to allow for individual attention but the mixed-grade structure also allows students to work at higher levels of learning if they're ready for that. In short we've found the school to be flexible innovative wonderfully creative and exceptionally safe. We love how the school also fosters a spirit of civic duty ecological consciousness respectfulness and kindness toward others and overall social responsibility. This school does a phenomenal job of preparing kids for high school both in terms of academics and in building the foundations for well-rounded responsible young adults.

We have had a wonderful experience with this school. the teachers are wonderful and the principal excelled at her job. school spirit was high and so was the children on the teachers concern list. they would do anything to help and did everything possible to accomplish the tasks at hand. I loved this school and my daughter misses it very much.
