    It is better than you average city school. I sense that staff does not TRULY want parents that involved in the learning process.

    I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Harter. All three of my children attend. Everyone is friendly there from the Principal to the parents of other children. I volunteer regularly and don't plan on stopping next year. I am the volunteer coordinator and I love it.
