excellent school -- very progressive -- my daughter enjoys going to school every day.

My daughter went to Polk for one year I had to get her out as quckly as possible. This is the worst school in the district. The lack of parent involvement was amazing. My daughter truly couln't wait to leave.

My son attended Polk K-5 and did well there. Not to say that it was problem free but the staff works together. Two teachers in particular I would like to acknowledge are Mrs. Schaefer and Mrs Merriweather---I have never known any other teacher quite as caring and involved as these ladies.
