As a relatively new teacher I receive a lot of support from not only the other teachers but from the principal as well. This is a great school with a dedicated staff that is committed to helping students learn.

As an educator it is best to have a supportive administration which I think that Webster lacks. Thank goodness for the teachers who support each other one hundred percent and want the best for the students. However their ambition and drive is sometimes dismantled by the principal. This school has a very safe environment with caring teachers but could use a little more youth at the top of the totum pole.
The school has changed since the new principal took over. Doesn't seem as safe or happy. The teachers are wonderful and work together. Most give extra effort and time some just punch the clock. I keep my family here because the surrounding schools aren't as good and I can pick which teacher I want my children to have each year. A new principal would really improve this school!
