I am a graduate of Elder and going there was the greatest decision. I had the greatest four years of my life at Elder. The tradition at Elder is just amazing. The teachers and faculty there encourage students to do their best and give them great opportunities to excel in the classroom and out of the classroom. The athletics at Elder are outstanding the coaches understand what it means to be at Elder and push the player to do their best on the field and the classroom. Altiora strive for the higher things.

Im a local college recruiter and I must say that amongst all the other schools in Cincinnati Elder stands out the most. It has the strongest tradition I've ever seen and nothing compares. As far as academics These boys can hang with the best. Everyone that goes to the school gets the upper hand when it comes to graduating. Elder over prepares its students for life in the real world. As far as athletics very few schools can compete. The school seems to have a naturally athletic background and the vast majority of its students tend to be very good at the sports they play. They have one of the strongest consistently talented football programs in the entire country and are always considered the toughest competition by opposing teams in the area. Overall Elder offers boys a unique experience no other all boys high school can offer in Cincinnati.

Leadership based on teachings of Jesus Christ. Alumni support is 2nd to none. Many teachers are alumni of this school. Family-oriented traditional conservative students have wide variety of educational levels and economic backgrounds.
