This is one of the best education you can give your elementary aged child. The classes are small so your child will get a lot of attention and care. The teachers treat the students as if they were their own kids. My kids love this school! We are always getting compliments on how well behaved our kids are...I would like to take full credit for the compliments but this school has a lot to do with it.

Orlando Christian truly is a great school. The school is small and so are the classes. Education discipline and traditional christian values are highly emphasized.

I am very pleased with the school. The teacher great and kind. My kids love it and have fun at the after care program that they also have. It is a great school and i know that my kids are safe until i pick them up! I really recommend this school is A++++++

This is a great school. They really care about the kids and their families. Extra curricular activity is not what is important. The important thing is that your child is getting a great education and the teachers take time to care about the families who are enrolled there. We love our little school!!!!

We are a traditional school seeking to provide students an excellent education in a faith based environment. Although we are small we do try to provide our students with many different activities and experiences. We are very up front with prospective parents about our classroom structure extracurricular activities and facilities so that they are aware of exactly what is available. Our students thrive in an environment that combines loving care with consistent discipline. Many close bonds are formed between our families and we pray daily for our current students and those the Lord would send our way in the future.

This school has no extra curricular activities for their students. No Music class P.E. Art Computer Library and so on. Your child will sit in a classroom most of the day doing worksheet after worksheet no matter the age. Most of the teachers are very strict to a fault and fall very short when it comes to practicing what they preach. Their handbook speaks of christian love kindness encouraging attitudes etc. yet they totally lack these qualities. Too many of them have been there so long they forgot their own mission statement. They will have to give an account one day for their actions. If you don't love what you do find another. I feel bad for the children that have to endure that day after day. Many parents have pulled their kids out. Parents visit the school and go w/your gut.

This is a great school with the best in elementary education. My child has learned more than in public school and is ahead of his friends.

My child has been in Orlando Christian for 4 years and I have found every teacher to be loving and caring. The discipline is great. The after school care allows the children freedom to run and play which after a day of sitting in the classroom they need the exercise. There is always an adult present at all times which is important to me. The FACCS competitions are top-notch.

My children have been going to Orlando Christian School for 3 years. I have been very pleased with the overall academics and emotional care given to my children. They have a wonderful music program an awesome Christmas Program and other extracurricular programs during certain times of the year. Each teacher we have had has shown much care and concern for our children and the other children there. Because of OCS being a smaller school we feel our children are in a safer atmosphere. I know there is no perfect school but we feel blessed to be able to send our children to Orlando Christian School.

Our son has been going to this school for two years. We think it is an excellent school. Our son has attended a public school a very large private Christian school and OCS. We prefer this school by far. They may not have a lot of extra curricular activities but they do have interesting field trips competitive events to participate in and a music program. They have high but attainable expectations for their academics. They maintain what we believe is an appropriate level of discipline. We feel they prepare the children for future success wherever they may go. We also feel they have taken the time to get to know our son and have found ways that help him be the best he can be. Parental involvement is wonderful. We have made good friends through this school. We recommend it highly.

I am very pleased with the academics and class size. The teachers in k-K.O. were wonderfull. overall I dont't think this school cares about your child as an individual. There is no forgiveness if you miss a deadline. They teach our children about christianity everyday but they are not charitable or forgiving.

I am very pleased with OCS! The academic program is wonderful and the best I have found. It is true about there not being alot of extracurricular activities but this is school and there are many activities that parents can and should involve their children in after school. The teachers are excellent. I am very pleased that there is a new principal this year. The level of parent involvement is very good. Most of the parents care alot about their children and become very good friends with one another. I highly recommend this school. If you're child is in K5 be cautious and aware of everything happening with your child!

Orlando Christian is one of the best I know of. The teachers are caring and go the extra mile to help the students. Sure it is not perfect and neither are we. It very safe and the academics are great. I highly recommend it.

My daughter attended OCS for 4 years. The Principal is wonderful. The school has an after school program where the children run wild. The 'teachers' just sit on benches and do nothing. The discipline in the classroom however was strict to a a fault this is an elementary school not the military. When my 8 year did not finish a class assignment she was given no outside time or was punished and humiliated in front of the class. She has ADHD and we found this unaccceptable. The academics are at least a full grade level above public schools in the area. We were pleased with that We did not return this year die to the lack of concern for the over discipline during class time and the lack of proper attention to children during after school time.

My daughter attends OCS and I am very pleased with the academics they teach her. She is in K5 and I am very happy with the teacher. They take great pride in bringing out the very best in their students.

The academic course is good and advance but they do not offer any extra curricular activies here and I think that is very important for all children. It's very small and doesn't give the child a chance to experience school library's gymnasiums no hot lunches and not enough computer time. I highly recommend sending the child elsewhere. I will be pulling my son from the school asap.
