Our child has been at St. Mary's since preschool and will be entering the 3rd grade this fall. I have been impressed by the sense of community at St. Mary's and the sincere commitment to the education and well-being of the children who attend the school. The administrators and teachers I have had the pleasure of interacting with have a genuine interest in our child's education and I look forward to the coming school year. The school has the support of the community it is in and that certainly adds to the quality of life at St. Mary's.

I love St. Mary's. My son has gone there for 7 years and I wouldn't think of taking him out. St. Mary's has great teachers staff and the best principal. I highly reccommend this school to any one that wants their child to have a good education good freindships and a thriving future.

I enjoy the dedication and the experience of the teachers and the comprehensive approach to education. Kids are excited a/b what they are learning and want to share it with their loved ones. My son forgot a book at the afterschool program and as the teacher know he needed it he brought it to my home without anyone asking. They also set up an afterschool voluntary tutoring for the gifted kids. I have 2 kids at St Mary and I am so glad we have this resource in our lives.

I feel this school lacks compasssion and is not spiritually or biblically inclined. The leadership lacks direction and concern for cultural differences and seem to be more interested in the economic assurity of the Ed Choice program while the teachers seem totally under motivated. Very dissapointed!

Saint Mary is a hidden jewel. It s a great school with some absolutely wonderful teachers. And the nationally recognized library program is the best! We have 3 children who attend Saint Mary and wouldn t consider going anywhere else. Julie Graham-Price

The teachers are incredible! The staff works together and devote much of their free time to benefit the school and the students' individual needs. Saint Mary School gets a big A+ for the reading programs it offers. My children and I like the diverse student body but I would like to see more physically challenged students accepted at the school. All and all I feel this school is top notch. My only complaint is the inconsistent discipline. I send my children to a private school for quality education (which they receive) and stronger discipline than they would get at a public school. If the administration would follow the discipline policies more closely the school would get a 5 star rating from me.

My son is in 4th rade and my daughter is about to start kindergarten. We love the school and the community of parents and teachers that support it. The Ed-Choice students have increased our diversity and given my son extra learning opportunities. The school librarian has made reading a 'badge of honor' and my son now reads on a high school level. The teacher dedication is phenomenal; they are always at the school or working on projects for the kids. Finally we enjoy seeing more and more families we know at mass and having the opportunity to go to mass with the school

The new principal is horrible. I won t be surprised if some of the teachers leave not to mention a lot of paying parents. The school now accepts voucher students that should be going to public schools. Why am I working my tail off to pay for private school when my children s classmates get to go for free? nd nowt have to deal with all

A few years ago St. Mary s was the best school and my children were very happy. Unfortunately it now ranks much lower. The school has moved away from the Catholic doctrine and its standards have lowered considerably. Prayer is no longer required in some of the classrooms bad language is used frequently among the students moral has dropped and no one seems to care.

My child has had a vey difficult time adjusting at St. Mary's. I don't feel the teacher or the principal has made adequate efforts to help my family in the difficulties we have faced. The teacher appears to be overwhelmed with the large class size and is unable to give enough individual attention.

This is an outstanding school with high academic standards and a loving Catholic environment. The school has educated two of my children and they are very prepared to accomplish their goals. The new principal seems ready to take the school to a new level!
