Thimmig is the best school! I always feel welcomed by office staff teachers go above and beyond and my child loves going to school! I couldn't ask for a better place for my child.

Thimmig Elementary is a school that has teachers and staff who believe in kids and who are dedicated to make sure each child is successful. My daughter has made amazing growth and I couldn't be happier with teachers and administration.

I am absolutely satisfied with this school. My son has received the best kindergarten experience I could ask for. He has excelled so much this past year because the teachers here care and work so diligently with all the children not just a select few like I have heard about with other schools. The teachers pay attention and know each and every single one of their students as well as each students strengths and weaknesses. I am so very pleased with Thimmig Elementary I look forward to having my son attend this school for the next 5 years!

Love this school. After transferring my child from a nearby charter that was terrible. My child is now academically progressing. The school to parent communication is awesome with weekly e-mails and phone calls. The staff is awesome. My child had a awesome 1st grade teacher and we're looking forward to the upcomming school year. This school has a great program. Also the Charter school I refered to earlier has a tutoring program that charges 19.00 an hour and Thimming offers the same program for free. Awesome for parents who need to watch spending. Great principal!

We transferred our kids from a charter school to Thimmig because my oldest was having problems. They have been very supportive and helpful not only with my oldest but with all my kids. The teachers and support staff are great the school is nice and Mr. McMillan is a great leader!

I am thoroughly disappointed in this school. There is no room for creative children. If your child in of a non-traditional nature you will be out of luck.

This school is just perfect! The Staff here is just so kind to you the teachers are so giving to the students' learning abilities. The whole entire staff of the school is just wonderful. They have so much creativity in their activities. This just the perfect school for your child.

This is the first year my kids attend to this school they were in a catholic school in Denver and my kids have changed a lot and they changed to the good my older son feels more secure and motivated and my youngest is motivated and in a few months he is reading... great school very good comunication with the teachers

I see constant efforts to differentiate for student learning styles at Thimmig. I wonder if creative might be another term for disruptive or defiant. The art and music program at Thimmig is very diverse and open ended. Many of the classrooms that I've visited and I have visited unannounced more than once are doing very creative lessons designed to pique childrens intrests and make them think outside of the box. I have also found the administration to be helpful if I have a question or doubt. They will set up meetings and make sure things are resolved. I find it difficult to believe that an entire school....any ENTIRE school would not make a child feel accepted. Sweeping generalizations that imply all teachers or an entire school is at fault is usually an emotional response not totally based in reality. -good luck-
