My Notes

The Somerset is designed especially for those who want to enjoy gracious living on a single level. Every amenity is on the first floor, but the second level offers several options. Inside the front door, an inviting foyer is flanked on one side by a living room, or optional study, and on the other side by a dining room with optional tray ceiling and optional butler's pantry. Follow the foyer to the back and a bright, airy great room awaits you. And adjoining that truly great living space is a handsome gourmet kitchen with a pass-thru and a dinette. Options such as a morning room, basement, and a covered porch provide additional living space. A laundry room and a 2-car garage complete the efficiently designed main level. There's an option of a 3-car garage. Tucked away on one side of the floor plan is an owner's suite with walk-in closet and a private bath with a soaking tub, separate shower and dual sinks. A tray ceiling and a fireplace are options in the owner's suite. There are two bedrooms and another full bath on the opposite side of the home. The upper level offers unfinished storage space. Homebuyers, however, can opt for a bonus room or additional bedroom and bath upstairs. The Somerset offers... *Prices shown generally refer to the base house and do not include any optional features.
