Chris Crocker – Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Chris is responsible for leading Zillow's Partner Relations team and overseeing strategic partnerships with large brokerage firms and multiple listing services. Prior to joining Zillow, Chris served as a regional vice president for the NRT division of Realogy where he oversaw day-to-day operations and marketing for the Coldwell Banker NRT branches in the Southwestern U.S. region. Actively involved in the future direction of the real estate industry, Chris has served on the board of directors for the California Association of Realtors and holds a California real estate license. A native of Los Angeles, Chris is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive MBA Program.
Bob Bemis – Vice President, Partner Relations
As Vice President of Partner Relations, Bob is responsible for creating and maintaining close business relationships with brokerage firms and multiple listing services. Bob is a 23-year industry veteran who joined Zillow in March 2012 after serving for more than four years as chief executive officer of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) in Phoenix. He has served on many boards of national real estate organizations and committees including president of the MLS Domains Association, director of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and member of the NAR MLS Issues and Policies Committee. Prior to ARMLS, Bob was vice president of customer care for MRIS, in Washington DC/Baltimore, and he has previously been director of marketing and product management for Interealty (now part of MarketLinx) and director of information services for the Chicago Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service. For the 20 years prior to his real estate career, Bob was a production executive in the television industry and counts among his accomplishments a regional Emmy® award for excellence in television directing. Bob graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in speech and communication and minors in mathematics and English.
Sara Bonert – Vice President, Broker Services
Sara joined Zillow in 2005 and is responsible for partner relations team activities such as training, educating and communicating with the agent and broker community. This involves attending trade events, overseeing training webinars and social media correspondence. Sara also works to ensure that data feeds from Zillow’s 1,000+ data partners are processing correctly every day on the site. Sara got her start in real estate online advertising at Citysearch.com in 1999 where she helped build the real estate channel of the site. In 2001 she transitioned to work at Network Communication Inc., publisher of The Real Estate Book and Apartment Finder, where she helped launch an online advertising component of the traditionally print product. Sara graduated with honors from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Justin LaJoie – Vice President, Industry Solutions
As Vice President of Industry Solutions, Justin oversees the development of product management and development tools for real estate professionals. Justin joined Zillow in October 2011 after the company's acquisition of Diverse Solutions, which he founded in 2005 and where he served as CEO. Diverse Solutions was a privately held Web-based software development company that focused on using technology in innovative ways for real estate. The company was best-known for the fresh approach it took with its dsSearchAgent, dsSearchAgent Mobile and dsIDXpress IDX property search products and its development of Agent Scouting Report, a statistical agent rating program for the Inman Real Estate Connect 48-hour developer challenge in San Francisco. Prior to Diverse Solutions, Justin was the director of software engineering and technology for Advanced Access, a leading real estate website provider whose client base he helped grow from 2,500 to more than 35,000.
Doug Slotkin – Vice President, Local Advertising Services
As Vice President of Local Ad Services, Doug built out Zillow’s inside sales team starting in 2008 and has run the world-class sales efforts in the real estate agent and mortgage segments since inception. Doug leverages his 20+ years of experience in both B2C and B2B sales through the ongoing training, coaching and inspiration of the Zillow sales force. Prior to joining Zillow, Doug worked for Market Leader (formerly HouseValues), where he held various sales and sales leadership roles. Previously, Doug was the international sales manager at O’Brien Watersports, where he transformed a subsidiary-based distribution model into an independent network of 80+ international distributors. Doug has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate business degree with an emphasis in entrepreneurial studies from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
