What I Love About My House

Greg Schwartz — I love that our apartment has huge windows that provide a great view of Manhattan's theatrics. From the bustle of Monday morning rush hour to Saturday evenings out, I get to see and feel the energy below. We also have a nice little view of Central Park, which is just a short walk away. It pulls us to come play on nice, sunny days. From anywhere in my apartment, I can hear my daughter playing and my dog's whereabouts. We also have the pleasure of a rare parking spot in the basement of the building. And lastly, I can walk to the best damn burger joint in NYC, which is just a few blocks away.
