The only people who get support are football players last I heard still inappropriate relationships with student on student while on school grounds. Drugs and drinking heck yeah. I was considered a nerd was picked on endlessly and almost quit. If you can help it put your kid somewhere else.

Dixie County High School happens to be a really good school. They now have a new principle and new discipline enforcer. Ms. Locke has made a new motto for the high school; D for Discipline C for Character H for Honor S for Success. The band there is AMAZING. It is the largest it has been since Mr.Garrett started working as the band instructor. 60 people. 9 of which are guard members. It may be a "D" school but it has a promising future ahead of it.

I would not recommend this school and the only reason my kids attend is because i have no other choice. only a hand full of teachers actually care how your child does and the other teachers are only there for a paycheck (which I know isn't much) I attend a rally once for Take Stock in Children and the Sr. class that year had to write thank you notes to Governor Bush My husband and I were shock to see that these children/young adults could not spell a simple word. Please someone step-in get rid of the Principle and Vice-principle because they are awful at their jobs. These children will be the leaders of future and I am scared of what this world will become. This school also allows young adults with criminal records to attend.

I would never reccomend anyone to this school. First off this school doesnt offer many classes at all. Second the school favors student who's parents are considered important so basically if you don't ahev the special last name then your bound to be in the showed. For example i know a student who wasnt allowed to park on school campus just because the student had parked where all the other students parked and this student was the only one to be punished. Just because the other student were considered important. So baciscally do not attend this school!!!!

I think that DCHS is not a good school. There isnt that much classes to choose from and we dont even have honor classes anymore because the principal said we couldnt have them anymore. Some of the teachers at DCHS really care about their students but some teachers act like they dont even care. Sometimes when you ask for help they wont help you. If you are thinking about attending DCHS then you better think twice because this school isnt good at all.

To Great Schools I just reveiwed three schools in Dixie County the parent ratings were the same for each school in this District word for word. How can that be? I gave you my review independently for each of the three schools. I don't think I understand what you are doing.
