- Betsy Herrick started her real estate career in 2007. In her first full year, she was named "Rookie of the Year," and later earned "Top Earning Team", and "Top Ten Agent 2011." Betsy is proud of these awards as they are the result of applying her sales and marketing skills learned in other industries, and the customer service commitment prevalent at Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties.
- In the last three years, Betsy has completed an average of 30 transactions annually, including short sales, bank owned properties as well as standard sales, for both buyers and sellers. Transactions have ranged from $50,000 to $1,500,000. Betsy's strong work ethic and communication skills -- as well as staying current on changing market conditions and regulations -- have helped her clients reach their real estate goals.
- Prior to real estate, Betsy spent 20 years in sales and marketing in the software and telecomm industries, 10 of those in corporate sales with Sprint/Nextel, growing and managing 30 accounts for Fortune 500 companies. As a goal-oriented professional, she was frequently acknowledged for customer satisfaction and sales goal achievement.
- Betsy is proud of the volunteer commitments she has made in her nearly 20 years in Riverside. She is a graduate of Leadership Riverside, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce Magnolia Center Board, and has served on the Boards of The Mission Inn Foundation, The Riverside County Philharmonic, and the Junior League of Riverside, serving as president of both. She was also a board member of The Unforgettable Foundation. She has also worked with many other nonprofit organizations, including: Seize Our Destiny, Mission Inn Foundation Marketing Committee, Keep Riverside Clean and Beautiful, Riverside Unified School District, AYSO, Riverside Children's Theatre, Riverside Youth Sports Access & Excellence, and Riverside Community Health Foundation.
