WHEN BUYING: We develop a customized Needs/Desires/Dreams list structured along your timeline. I education you on what to expect throughout our search, negotiations, home buying process, throughout closing & home ownership. I offer insight on why certain properties seem like a good buy but should be avoided while others may in fact be a great opportunity worth acting on after in-depth market analysis'. Ultimately I negotiate the best price and terms for the property of my clients' choosing.

WHEN SELLING: I dedicate myself to combining an aggressive marketing program along with a tailored pricing strategy. This maximizes market exposure and buyer viewings. The end result is my Seller clients receive the best price & terms possible. 

Business History 

Established in 2007 in Allston/Brighton. Moved to Back Bay's Newbury Street in 2008 focusing in Back Bay, South End, Fenway/Kenmore, Charlestown, Cambridge, Somerville & South Boston.

In early 2009 transferred business back to Allston/Brighton expanding my focus to include Brookline, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury & Roslindale.

Later in 2009 moved my business to Prudential Unlimited Realty in Jamaica Plain & Brookline solidifying my focus in Brookline, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Roslindale while maintaining in depth market knowledge and activity in Back Bay, South End, Fenway/Kenmore, Allston, Brighton, Charlestown, Cambridge, South Boston & surrounding neighborhoods.

October 1, 2014 Prudential Unlimited Realty simply changed our franchise/brand name to Unlimited Sotheby's Realty (same top notch service & attitude).

Meet the Business Owner : Josh Brett

Through being born and raised on my parents' tree farm in CT, I have identified the stability which home ownership can establish. Even prior to graduating from Northeastern University in 2007 with a Bachelor degree in Economics, I have been interested in real estate as well as helping people. My true passion has matured toward helping people to discover & make the most out of their dream home, a starter home &/or an investment properties with appropriately balanced risk to return ratios. I always get my clients the best price & terms whether they are buying or selling.

Being a homeowner & landlord in Jamaica Plain, I relate to your dreams of wanting to find a comfortable neighborhood & home to build equity at a comfortable rate.  I always educate my clients on what to expect around the corner before we get there.
