I was born in Philadelphia, P.A. After moving around a bit as a child, my family settled in Trinidad Colorado, and from there I finished up my Junior and Senior High School educations. After high school, I moved to Durango Colorado to attend Fort Lewis College, where I earned a B.A. in English/Communications. Upon graduation I relocated to the Denver Metro area.
After knocking around in the retail sales industry, I chose to enter the mortgage lending industry in 2002. I found early on that the industry had few templates for success and little to any organized professional development resources. After much self-education and enrichment, I transitioned and grew my lending practice from a traditional transaction focused business to a relational based, by referral only, advice driven mortgage planning business.
I strive to create a unique client experience where I look at the entire financial picture and then give specific advice to optimize income, multiply equity, and maximize wealth. Since there is no "one size fits all" solution, my focus is on understanding each client's unique short and long-term financial goals, and then recommending the optimal financial instrument (mortgage), whether it's for a new home purchase or refinance.
I pride myself in keeping my clients "for life" by establishing a long term, mutually beneficial relationship based on trust. I have established a strong network of professionals within the Real Estate and Financial Services Communities to provide the valuable resources necessary for my clients and customers to succeed.
I am proud to say that I was a recipient of 5280 Magazine's Five Star Mortgage Professional award for 2010, 2013, and 2014. Only 7% of the Denver Metro Area's Mortgage Professionals receive this award, which is given to those that provide exceptional service, and overall satisfaction as indicated by local clients, peers, and industry experts.... see more
