Monmouth County, NJ Residence
This landscape is a rear yard development program on an efficiently-sized lot in a prestigious New Jersey shore community. Built in 2011, the home is situated on an angle toward the street and set back significantly from the road thus reducing the size of the rear yard considerably. A swimming pool, water feature, pergola, terrace, pathways, fencing, planting, lighting and irrigation systems were incorporated onto the property. Careful editing of the existing trees including the transplant of select varieties lend an immediate tone of heritage to the property. Photo credit: www.dwighthiscano.com
