I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an e-PRO - the only NAR approved Internet Certification, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Serve as State Representative. Served as MLS Chairperson (2003-08) for Northeast Oklahoma Board of Realtors. Received "Realtor of the Year" for 2004 - "Rookie of the Year" for 2003.
With RE/MAX International, received the 100% Club Award for achieving high multi-million dollar sales. With RE/MAX Grand Lake received the Cooperative Spirit Award for 5 years.
My annual goal is $3.3 million in sales. I have achieved my goal for the last 6 years. I strive to sell one or two luxury homes each year, and have maintained that goal for the last three years. Referrals are a significant part of my business, including around 25% to 35% of my annual sales - working with other Realtors, or referred by past customers. For 2009 my referrals accounted for about $2.3 Million in sales – my portion was $1.4 million. I sold a home in Muskogee, one in Los Angeles, and a very nice $1.5 million Grand Lake waterfront home to name a few.
