Jordan graduated with honors from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration. While at Pepperdine, Jordan lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, studying economics and Spanish, where he became fluent in Spanish. He went on to pursue and receive his CPA license while working as a public accountant at KPMG LLP, where he audited Fortune 500 Companies and developed a unique acumen of problem solving skills. Realizing that his true passion was working with individuals and helping families achieve their goals, Jordan obtained his real estate license in 2007 and joined Keller Williams Realty. Jordan is a NAR certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and an Accredit Buyer's Representative (ABR) and focuses on implementing unique strategies to give buyers a competitive advantage in a challenging market. Currently, Jordan lives in Aliso Viejo with his wife Kayleigh, and 2 year old son, Theo.
In the challenging market that we are currently facing, having the right representation as a buyer is more crucial than ever. Being a buyer's agent today means having a thorough understanding of the short sale process, the foreclosure market, and the statistics and trends of the day, week, or month. As a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Jordan has made a career out of SUCCESSFULLY representing buyers by constantly educating, setting appropriate expectations, and providing guidance on the most effective strategies as well as the most impactful risks. Jordan uses a non-"sales" approach and instead, advises on value and "fit" for each specific client. His clients consider him to be their advocate. As a CPA, when Jordan works with investors, he is able to educate them on cash flows, return on investments, and risk management.
We are dealing with one the strangest markets in a long time. At certain market segments, it is a definite buyer's market, while in other segments we have a definite seller's market. Analyzing supply and demand and attributing value to property is of course crucial in the home selling process and it is a discipline at which Jordan excels. Understanding not only pricing but buyer mentality in this market is also of upmost importance and it is because Jordan has this perspective that he is able to generate the most money for a seller's home. Generating an immensely high volume of traffic by utilizing the vast network of an international brokerage, blogging, social media, and over 100 syndication sites has allowed Jordan to sell homes quickly and get sellers the most money for their properties.
