Kathleen Diringer became a Realtor ™ in 2004 after nearly a decade of "flipping" houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her years of buying, remodeling and reselling houses in a wide variety of market conditions has translated into a comprehensive knowledge of the Marin market, a rare ability to see properties for their true value and a formidable set of negotiating skills.
Kathleen's firsthand experiences also helped her build an extensive network of trustworthy resources. Her longstanding relationships with experts in lending, inspection and construction/contracting allow her to safely guide any client, whether first-time buyer or seasoned investor, directly to the exact property he or she seeks.
Kathleen is an Associate Broker at RE/MAX Gold. Her commitment to her clients and community has been recognized over and over by her colleagues and she has received numerous awards, mostly recently the Century 21 Quality Service And Customer Satisfaction Award (2013) and 2013 Centurion Award. She currently serves as President of the Women's Council of Realtors, Marin Chapter.
When Kathleen is not working she can be found camping, fly-fishing and skiing with her three children, son Nate and twins Neala and Finn. Kathleen's admiration of fine architecture, fed by extensive travel in Europe, inspired her to purchase her current home, an Eichler located in San Rafael, in 2007.
