Morey Construction is a company that believes in understanding first. Communicating that understanding through innovative, insightful space planning with interior and exterior design. With a proven system for design together with building, that educates, evaluates both needs and desires. Balancing investment with sustainable products, with structural requirements, for enjoyment with peace of mind for years to come.
With a dedicated design staff, to guide our client through the space/ living planning, the material selection and design stages, the client has a "picture vision" before the start of any site works. We evaluate current needs for each client and also use our experience for life changes that should be considered in the future, with CAPS certified designers. "Good Design" brings both elegance and confidence to the design process.
The actual construction process starts with a site meeting to review the actual work scope, project time schedule, and the daily routine. Weekly site meetings with the Project Manager keep everyone informed on the schedule and answer any questions. By using time line scheduling, both the client and Morey Construction knows what is coming next.
With one company responsible for the Design and Construction, the client receives the distinct advantage of great communication from concept to completion, which we believe is the foundation for a successful project.
Morey Construction was established in 1982. As a member of The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), we were proud to be selected as the Remodeler of the Month in August of 2007. We were named a Big50 company by Hanley Woods Remodeling Magazine in 2005. We have been featured on local CBS network for CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) project, to talk about the planning and build out of an actual project. We also received the 2008 Guild Master Award from "Guild Quality", a third party evaluation company for the construction industry. Guild Master Award winners have demonstrated their ability to consistently deliver in exceptional customer experience. In one of our client's thank you cards, she said, "we wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all your talent and hard work in designing and building our "new" home. We are thrilled with the final product. Each of you was a pleasure to work with along the way. Finishing our home in time for our daughter's Graduation, we give many thanks. (L & S Dennis.)" That is what we want at the end of each project.
