  • Prevailing views of the mountains...tall pines...the ideal place to retire. A couple from the Midwest, looking to relocate and build a new home, came to us to create their vision. Their roots held true to the bungalow style and the context influenced the design with Southwest details.

Our Architects and Interior Designers integrated a tapestry of intricate tile work, natural stone, finely crafted millwork, and complimentary colors into an overall scheme that is lively yet consistent in its feel.

The use of indigenous materials, precise positioning, and the "zero-scape" landscaping nestle the home gently into the surroundings. Room locations were developed to follow the natural light and window locations are positioned to frame the expansive views.

Midwest craftsmanship is supported by Southwest detailing.
