After getting a College Degree and a Masters, I went to work for a company called Nordstrom's in the Bay area. I moved from working on the floor to manager, Assistance Manager then Buyer, and then to Regional of Northern California. By that time I had opened about 8 stores. I decided to get my Real Estate license. So I did. I spent a few years in the market in the City when my Dad decided to get into the business as well. Once he got his license we both went to work for a company out of Reno Nevada. We helped to buy and sell Ranches and Farms. We even did Property Management of some of the bigger Ranchers with alfalfa and cattle. My Dad, Kempton Clark had been in the sheep business for well over 35 year. He was the biggest producer of lamb in the USA. And because of this it made working in this part of the business very easy. He seemed to know everyone.
After a few years I move to Scottsdale Arizona, and work in Relocation's. Work with a companies such as. Motorola,HP,Intel. at the time I was in some of the departments that seem to relocate with lots of employees. After a few years I move over to a small niche within the Relocation called "Corporate Housing" I work for a smaller corporate housing company. Then in time I started my own company. I work it for 12 years and then sold it.
I move back into Real Estate as a Branch Manager in Chandler Arizona. From their move to Payson Az to take on the Designated Broker for a reputable company here in Payson.
I have since moved to Arizona Resource Realty. I am honored to now offer you my services
