Alexandra Fischer

As the licensed real estate broker and owner of DEL PRADO REALTY, LLC ., I specialized myself in sales of residential properties (single family homes, condos, apartments) and vacant land, new constructions.
For our customers we established a one stop real estate service from real estate sales & purchases, rentals, maintenance & management to new construction and financing through business partners...

I am a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Germany. I am also TRC (transnational certified). I have more than 12 years experience in Florida real estate. I know Cape Coral and surroundings for the past 22 years, this is the area I have the most experience and knowledge. But every day brings a new challenge in this business which is exciting!

I started my real estate career 1996 in Germany as a real estate agent with LBS Immobilien Heidelberg. I personally built and remodeled homes. I started investing in properties in Cape Coral in 1999, finding "never ending" opportunities.
The real estate market in Cape Coral is not comparable to any other I have known in Germany. I decided to obtain my real estate license as a real estate sales person and opened up my own business – DEL PRADO REALTY, LLC.

Feedback 2012:  I contacted Ms Fischer in spring 2012, her responsiveness was always promptly. In August I visited the area and looked at properties with her which were a very good selection and already included the waterfront luxury condo I later on purchased. Through the progress, I got to know Ms Fischer''s wonderful expertise, professionalism and enthusiasm to find the property with all the details you wish to have. Her local knowledge in the market is unbelievable good, at the time of looking at the property I wanted to know the future market values and she estimated approx 30% increase within next 6-12 months, which now is reality. Half year later my condo at Tarpon Point is worth approx $150,000 more. It was a real pleasure working with her and whenever it comes to real estate in Florida my first contact will be her. Thank you so much. A Runge
