Thirty nine thousand six hundred dollars surely wouldn't even make a dent in this kitchen remodel in the Silicone Valley in California. Especially in Atherton, Menlo Park, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno and Saratoga. Not even a dent! I'm a practicing Architect for over thirty...
Nice Clean and Functional...lends to my One Room Living Space Idea in that the simplicity of colors and lines of cabinetry along with the nice book shelf nitch ...would in my opinion ...flow and function with a small scale living area One Room Design without overpowering the Main Comfort of the roo...
Don't be fooled. Costs are missing huge chunks of reality: geographic location/ rates, permit & drafting, proj mgmt, insurance, overhead, profit, drywall repair is WAY low, paint must be done by monkeys on loan from the zoo for $300, light fixtures & appliances must be in the exact same location as ...Des Moines, WA For Sale: $900K
Great open-air feeling with a lot of flat surfaces. It looks like there is a large potential for messes being left out. Seems like a great way to open up the kitchen to the rest of the house. I don't like the stools. Too edgy.Las Vegas, NV Zestimate: $3.8M
Love this kitchen. Even though the space is busy, because of the tones and style, it is not over powering. It is a beautiful kitchen.
While no upper cabinets removes storage space, it all drastically opens the room.
Cool Calm + Curated. Kitchen.
As a professional kitchen, bath designer: there is no way that this kitchen could ever be built at this price any where in the US or the world. The cabinetry is the highest quality and custom designed. You can't buy it wholesale for the price listed. The same for the appliances, etc, etc. Havin...
Like: the lights, countertop and backsplash being the same, country feel, wood beams around ceiling.....not sure about the practicality of the brick oven space...it takes up too much room for the purpose it is serving....there would have to be one or two more reasons for it.Raleigh, NC Zestimate: $2.1M
As much as I love a white kitchen...I would have wanted a punch of coler here to "center" the room; make a statement (i.e. backsplash, island tabletop) I "liked" this, but I don't love it.
The redesigned kitchen feels fresh, modern and luxurious, yet classic.
I like their texture looks like a comfy quilt and it's shiny and wet looking . I would you probably used teal color. That would be loud and I wouldn't know how to match the granite color next to that . Solid color\should be a neutral tone.if I have to match it with the countertop.Newton, MA Zestimate: $1.0M
I love the stainless steel mixture with the color of the cabinets. The lighting is also great as it casts a subtle glow on the wall colors. The gas counter-top stove is also a great touch that goes well with the counter choice but the floor leaves something to be desired.Danville, CA Zestimate: $1.6M
I noticed the sink windows and how they mimic the built-in upper cabinets at the end of the corner wall! The counter needs a few items on top--the room looks a bit "too industrial" for me.
My favorite kitchen idea!!!! We could make this work with our current floor plan & even put columns in place of our wall between living room & kitchen & between the dining room. Columns would resemble the columns on the end of the island shown here.
