Warm and cozy. The windows allow enjoying the weather from a comfortable warm place. This has a Lodge feeling to it.
Whimsical looking. I'd get rid of the toys and fill the bucket with a full display of tall blooming as well as trailing plants.
This is extremely nice. The rooms flow together with the stairs. The colors are warm and the furniture is family friendly.
The windows on the landing make this staircase appealing. The Newell Post is a bit too small. Needs to be a fat heavy post. Some pictures on the wall would liven this up.
I like this, close to the living areas. The railing on the upper floor is much nicer than a solid wall.
Beautiful woodwork. No cutting corners on this staircase. Rare.
Timeless beauty. Where are the books?
Really lovely, with character. Additions blend well with house. A little busy in the front with the deck. A very nice home.
Beautiful Ranch House. Big family required for this house.
A little guest house for the young adults that return home after college. Where's the fridge?
I like this space. This is a "lived in" room. Needs a small work/reading table. I'd call it the "kid's library".
This is fun. A perfect place for a telephone for those teenagers.
I'll take this room. Cozy looking. Love the furniture, curtains...all of it.
This sitting room, or living area is welcoming. The light fixture at the stairs is perfect. The stairs look a bit steep, almost like attic stairs.
Beautiful colors, pictures add to the character. This is very nice. Looks like a Rooming House with the door at the bottom of the stairs. Gorgeous trim on walls.
what the heck (?) ....a secret passage? I like. My imagination tells me there's an outside entry for this 2nd story, and it can be closed off for rental purposes, or another living area.
Bookcases are perfect for this area. The rest of the landing is a bit too formal for my tastes.
This is a Laundry Shute. The trim around this window and the flooring is Craftsman. It's the bow on the package. Looks like shelving around the corner. Like to see the rest of the house.
Halls can be gloomy, but this landing area is fabulous. The storage is a dream come true. I like the placement of the windows, and the flooring looks original.
The character of this "hall" is hard to duplicate. The beautiful old flooring, the window, and the door that can close off the rooms. Furnished to make it look fun and inviting. I think the end room is a bath, very cute.
Fresh and bright, the walls seem to be paneled. Very nice look. The Trim makes all the difference in the world.
This is a cute little house.
A tree stump turns into a beautiful display. These gardners are geniuses.
This is unique, a conversation piece. An Artist brought this walkway to life. I'd like to have this walkway up to my door.
Perfect for a rainy climate. Still enjoy the outdoors, but stay dry.
This is like a picture postcard. What a view to enjoy. Comfy chairs, warm fire.
Very nice. My family would enjoy evenings around this fire.
This landscaping and patio are perfect for this area. I like the walkway lighting. This landscaping is old fashioned. The snowball bush and Hydrangea are shade lovers.
Really nice. Love the Rustic house style, and the fireplace allows the outdoor space to be used all year long.
I like this small cozy space. The weathered bench and table are perfect for outdoor meals. It's not extravagent, but it is nice. I may go with a different chair color, something that doesn't match the lawn.
A Storybook house. Unusual and rare. The architecture of years ago. This is a darling home and patio.
Simple, but it makes a big statement. Easy maintenance.
A great space for outdoor lovers. Undercover area, and a large patio. The patio itself looks like Tumbled stone, varied colors, easy to wash down and it doesn't get hot from the Sun.
This seems to be a Sunroom, listed in the Patio area. I like it, an all weather room complete with a fireplace. A sisal rug, low maintenance a collection of mixed furnishings and items. I like this room, it looks relaxing.
Another older home that has character and charm. It's exterior says hello and welcome.
A sturdy older home that has character. I like it.
A great Craftsman home, but too close to the neighbors. It belongs on a 1/2 acre or more.
A great home for a large family. It's really nice looking, it seems to have some property with it.
A cute cottage, the natural landscape really makes this adorable.
This is a Historic Beauty. This home has hundreds of stories to tell, steeped in History.
I like this unique home. It's for those who don't mind packing groceries upstairs, but there's something fun about living on the second floor. All the living is done in the back of the house, while the front is pretty as a picture.
This is beautiful, a Family Home. The landscape is perfect for this house. This requires a gardener.
Wish the interior pics were included, this is a wonderful old barn renovated into a beautiful home.
This is a unusual and very nice house. Clean lines, low maintenance landscape and natural setting.
Very pretty. It looks like a State Park. Someone loves this property. They've preserved the character.
Adorable storage building. Not sure I'd want to park the riding lawnmower in this building, it's way too cute. Might make it into a garden house.
Very cute and cozy looking. Love the style of the home.
This seems like an older home, updated and well taken care of. The garage doors make the property "shine". Beautiful.
I'd like to live in the upstairs apartment. What a view.
Such a clean refreshing color, the garage doors are sweet, but the craftsmanship trim is what brings this building to everyone's attention. Extremely nice.
This must be a storage/garden room. The walkway wouldn't allow a vehicle. But this is attractive. Could be a horse barn. I like the colors and combinations of the siding, fencing and solid door.
I love these doors. Natural stone and wood.
This is hard to resist. A vacation destination, or learn to hunt and fish if it's the primary home. I'd pass on the couch on the front porch. I'd stick to tasteful deck chairs. The walkway is nice in the natural stone.
This landscape fits the house. The brick walkway, the topical plants, highlight the welcoming front door. The flower shaped window above, dresses up the actual house. This is a warm climate home and yard.
La Jolla, CA
This is very cute and fresh. I like the rock work and welcoming Boxwoods. The house colors are calming, and clean, the door and sidelights are perfect for this entry.
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
Beautiful and friendly. Love the door and porch. It appears to have a balcony above the porch, always wanted one, depending on what landscape this is facing. If it's facing a house across the street, I'd spend the money on the back yard lving space instead. This belongs on acreage.
Beautiful and creative architecture. Very elaborate for what looks to be a standard one-story house plan. A little too much "driveway" for me, it draws away from the entry. I'd have this as an entry, but the driveway off to the side.
I'm drawn to Red Doors, this feels like a loved family home that's been well cared for. I like the mailbox next to the door.
This is gorgeous. Natural materials blend so nicely with the environment. It appears to have a view, a perfect place to sit bundled up and watch the wildlife in the Winter months.
A unique door, plum colored, solid panels with upper windows, nice. The color is outstanding.
Very nice entry, beautiful door. Timeless.
Solid wood door, windows for light high enough for privacy, love the door.
Nobody would pass this fabulous pantry up. I like that there's shelving for kitchen appliances.
A Butler's Pantry. Be very nice to have one of these in my house.
Wow! Ikea...this is creative design.
A good use of wall space. I've seen this before in older homes. The color is very nice, and the flooring is so pretty.
Nice pantry, beautiful door. I like the counter area in the pantry. Just the right size for additional storage.
This is a neccesity in every house. It looks like an add on/remodel on an older home, but tastefully done. The closet across from the sink is a really good idea. And the kitty....(cute).it could double for a Mud Room.
Lots of storage, but I especially like the clothes line.
Yes! A chair. It's missing the magazine rack. Fresh clean blue color is perfect, but the room needs a long folding table and some cabinets.
A small space with a lot of storage. I'll take the dog too.
A sink, possibly a shower, but the rest of the room looks like an extension of a bedroom. I love it. The shelves, the ducks, the whole enchilada!
A very cute guest bath. Love the clean colors and placement of the windows. It looks like an addition or renovation. Excellent job and creative planning.
Adorable! My kids would love it.
This is adorable for children. The colors are perfect and fun. I especially like the window curtain and the very green counter-top.
Must have, storage building to winter over deck chairs and barbecue. Very handy.
This is a summer porch that could be used as a sleeping porch on hot nights. Many of the historic homes have sleeping porches.
What a view. Where are the horses?
Very natural looking entrance to a nice place to socialize.
Beautiful corner. The Lantern is a great idea.
Another creative way to use a space, have some privacy in the middle of a crowded city.
This is a great way to enjoy a small space and gardening touches.
Nice. Simple, attractive and large enough to have planters and a few chairs.
What a view. Who wouldn't want this gorgeous deck at this location.
A privacy wall, and safety rail. This is a deck to have morning coffee in pajamas. Not a winter "destination" if it's raining.
This is perfect for a family Mud Room. The shower area could be a bit deeper to accomodate a doggie wash. It's quite cute.
Great out of the way place to put the "stuff." Nice bright room with a place to sit.
This would be the start of a great Mud Room. A shower is a must. Bench to sit on, shelving.....
This is comfortable looking Office. Fireplace is nice touch. A quiet out of the way spot.
Perfect Hobby Room. Lots of space for storing fabrics or crafts. Lighting is natural and room is large.
I like this idea. A bookcase could be put up against the wall. It's a nice little space to still be involved in the family activity going on, while taking care of necessities.
This room is ready for a large family, or lots of friends visiting. Not too sure about that table (?). I like the combination of chairs and couches. This room is welcoming.
A "dream room". Comfortable chairs, warm fire, not far to the kitchen. A great place to enjoy the weather and family.
